1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ageflip mobile application ("the app," "we," "our").
1.2. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Ageflip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2.1. Ageflip is an AI-powered skin analysis application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze selfie photographs and provide:

Important: Ageflip is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses, medical advice, or clinical assessments. All analysis results, skin age estimates, and skincare recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and wellness purposes only.
3.1. The skin analysis provided by the app should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider.
3.2. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or skin concern.
3.3. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this app.
3.4. The accuracy of AI-generated analysis may vary depending on image quality, lighting conditions, and other factors. Results should be interpreted as general guidance, not definitive assessments.
Ageflip offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. The exact price is shown in the App Store payment confirmation before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6.1. All content, features, functionality, design elements, trademarks, and trade dress of the Ageflip app are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
6.3. You retain ownership of any photographs you take within the app. By using the scan feature, you grant us a limited license to process your images through our AI service solely for the purpose of providing skin analysis results to you.
7.1. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8.2. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.
9.1. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Account tab within the app.
9.2. Account deletion permanently removes all locally stored data including scan history, quiz responses, routine tracking progress, and cached images.
9.3. Account deletion does not automatically cancel any active subscription. You must separately cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings to stop future billing.
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established.
11.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
