These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Chirpy app ("Chirpy", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Chirpy you agree to these Terms. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if there is a conflict, these Terms control where permitted.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Chirpy on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Chirpy is a convenience tool, not a guaranteed alarm. We do not warrant that any alarm will sound or that it will wake you. Do not rely on Chirpy for critical or safety-sensitive wake-ups (such as work, medical, travel, or other important events). Many factors outside our control — device volume, silent mode, Focus or Do Not Disturb, low battery, a powered-off device, or operating-system behavior — can prevent an alarm from sounding. You use Chirpy at your own risk.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of law.
Chirpy and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Chirpy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed alarms, oversleeping, or missed events, arising out of your use of Chirpy.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Chirpy at any time by deleting the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
